Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Maqamly when you use our website and app. We have kept them plain. By using Maqamly or buying an audit or subscription, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Maqamly is operated by Dmitriy Kotov, an individual sole operator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Maqamly”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@maqamly.com.
2. What Maqamly is
Maqamly is a software service that:
- scans your business’s position on Google Maps against competitors across your area, and
- gives you a prioritised list of actions to improve that visibility, which you can review and approve.
What Maqamly is not. We measure visibility and recommend actions — we do not guarantee any particular ranking or position on Google. No honest provider can promise a top-3 spot; Google decides rankings. Any figures about money or rankings are based on data we actually measured for you, or on numbers you enter yourself, never on guarantees.
Today Maqamly covers Google only. Other sources (such as additional map platforms or AI-assistant visibility) are on our roadmap and are not part of the service until we announce them as live. We do not present roadmap features as if they already work.
3. Your account
You access Maqamly through an account linked to your email address. Depending on how you sign up, you secure it with a password or with a one-time sign-in link we email you. Keep your password and your email inbox secure — anyone with access to them can reach your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, such as your business name, listing, and location.
By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are authorised to act for any business you add to Maqamly. Maqamly is intended for one business per account in this version.
4. The $17 audit
The audit is a one-time purchase of US$17. When you buy it, we run a real scan of your Google listing and produce your report inside the app. The audit is a digital service that we begin performing immediately. Refund terms are in our Refund Policy.
5. The Growth subscription
Growth is a recurring subscription of US$199 per month. It unlocks ongoing weekly monitoring and the “moves” (prioritised fixes and approvals) on top of the audit report.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- $17 credit: if you buy the $17 audit first and then upgrade to Growth, a one-time US$17 credit is applied to your first Growth invoice only. The credit is applied to the account the audit was delivered to, so you must use the same email when you start Growth.
- Price: all prices are in US dollars and exclusive of any taxes that Paddle may add at checkout based on your location.
Cancellation and refund details are in our Refund Policy.
6. Billing & merchant of record
Your purchases are sold and processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle handles the payment, issues your invoice/receipt, and charges any applicable taxes. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Maqamly provides the service itself.
7. Acceptable use
When using Maqamly, you agree not to:
- add a business you are not authorised to represent, or submit false information;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to break the service or its security;
- use Maqamly for anything unlawful or to violate Google’s or any provider’s terms.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Maqamly software, brand, and the design and format of the reports. You own your own business data and the content you provide. You may use your reports and recommendations for your own business. We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the service.
9. Third-party data & no guarantee
Maqamly relies on data from third parties (including Google and DataForSEO) and on AI-generated recommendations. We work to make these accurate, but we cannot guarantee that third-party data is complete or error-free, and we do not guarantee any business outcome, ranking, traffic, or revenue. Acting on a recommendation is your decision.
10. Service “as is” and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maqamly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
11. Termination
You can stop using Maqamly and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to comply with the law. On termination, the sections that by nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) continue to apply.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Maqamly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights or a different forum.
